My approach to health, fitness, and lifestyle guidance is client centered. Together, we determine your goals and I use an evidence based approach to get you results. Every bit of nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle guidance is customized to you. There is no one-size fits all plan! There is so much noise on social media with “Fitspo” accounts making big promises with many of those “influencers” lacking any real knowledge that can be helpful (if not actually harmful) to you and your unique needs. My goal is to meet you where you’re at and give you the tools to make changes that are sustainable for life.
I work within my scope of practice and do not diagnose or treat medical issues, but instead use a collaborative approach with your medical providers.
Extensive experience navigating the challenges of my autoimmune disease on top of the challenges of peri-menopausal hormone shifts and changes in my body, have given me first hand experience in what it takes to look and feel my best.
